  • Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, offers a wide range of cosmetic and medical benefits by leveraging the body’s natural healing response. It is a minimally invasive procedure that uses tiny, sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries, which triggers the production of new collagen and elastin

    • Reduces Fine Lines and Wrinkles: By boosting collagen and elastin, the procedure firms the skin and softens creases, particularly around the eyes, mouth, and forehead.

    • Improves Scars and Stretch Marks: It is highly effective for reducing the appearance of acne scars and stretch marks by breaking down old scar tissue and encouraging new tissue formation.

    • Refines Skin Texture and Tone: It smooths rough patches, minimizes enlarged pores, and treats hyperpigmentation and sun damage for a more even complexion.

    • Enhances Product Absorption: The micro-channels created during the treatment allow topical serums, like Vitamin C or hyaluronic acid, to penetrate deeper and work more effectively.

    • Safe for All Skin Types: Unlike some laser treatments that use heat, microneedling carries a lower risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, making it an ideal option for individuals with darker skin tones.

    • By pairing microneedling with your own concentrated growth factors, we achieve deeper dermal penetration and accelerated cellular turnover. This dual-action approach is highly effective for:

      • Facial Rejuvenation:  Reversing photoaging, improving skin density, and refining structural texture.

      • Hair Restoration:  Revitalizing dormant follicles and increasing hair shaft diameter to combat thinning.

    • While PRP releases growth factors quickly, PRF forms a fibrin scaffold that releases those same powerful proteins slowly over 7-10 days. More time = more collagen synthesis.

    • 100% Additive-Free: Our PRF is harvested in specialized tubes with zero anticoagulants. Your body gets nothing but your own pure, concentrated healing power.

    • Higher Concentration: PRF contains a higher concentration of white blood cells and mesenchymal stem cells than traditional PRP, making it superior for deep tissue rejuvenation and "under-eye" hollows.

  • Show up with a clean face (or scalp) with no make-up or products whatsoever.

    1. Critical Hydration:
Begin increasing water intake 48 hours prior to your appointment. Proper hydration expands plasma volume, ensuring a more efficient blood draw and a higher yield of PRF.

    2. Nutritional Optimization:
Eat a clean, nutrient-dense meal 1–2 hours before your Friday or Saturday session. Avoid high-fat or "greasy" foods, as excess lipids in the blood (chylomicronemia) can interfere with the centrifugation process and platelet purity.

    Substances & Medications to Avoid

To prevent bruising and ensure your platelets remain "active" for the procedure, please observe the following restrictions:

    • NSAIDs (7 Days Prior): Discontinue Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), Naproxen (Aleve), and Aspirin. These medications inhibit platelet function, rendering the treatment less effective. Note: Do not discontinue prescription blood thinners without consulting your physician. Steroids can also affect your response.

    • Retinoids & Actives (3 Days Prior): Cease use of Retin-A, Tretinoin, Vitamin C serums, and AHAs/BHAs. This reduces baseline sensitivity before microneedling. No Accutane within last 6 months.

    • Alcohol & Caffeine (24 Hours Prior): Both act as vasodilators and dehydrators, which can increase the risk of bruising and make the blood draw more difficult.

    • Supplements (7 Days Prior): Avoid Vitamin E, Ginkgo Biloba, Garlic, and Omega-3 Fatty Acids (Fish Oil), as these have mild blood-thinning properties.

    • Product Restriction: Do not apply makeup, sunscreen, or active skincare (Retinol, Vitamin C) for 24 hours. The micro-channels remain open, and non-sterile products can cause granulomas or irritation.

    • Environmental Exposure: Avoid direct sunlight and high-heat environments, including saunas, steam rooms, and hot showers for 48 hours.

    • Physical Activity: Refrain from vigorous exercise for 48 hours. Increased heart rate and perspiration can exacerbate swelling and introduce bacteria into the treated area.

    • Hygiene: You may rinse the treated area with lukewarm water 6 hours post-procedure, but avoid harsh cleansers until the following morning.

    1. Phlebotomy & Collection: We perform a standard blood draw (approximately 10–20mL) using a sterile, closed-circuit system. By avoiding synthetic anticoagulants or additives, we maintain the highest biocompatibility and reduce the risk of inflammatory irritation.

    2. Centrifugation: The sample is placed in a centrifuge and the precise mechanical rotation separates the blood into distinct layers based on density: red blood cells, "buffy coat" (rich in white blood cells and platelets), and plasma.

    3. PRF Isolation: We carefully extract the concentrated platelet layer. This "liquid gold" contains a high concentration of cytokines and proteins essential for tissue repair and follicular stimulation.

    4. Microneedling Integration:

      • For Facial Rejuvenation: We create controlled micro-channels in the dermis, then topically apply the PRF. This ensures the growth factors reach the foundational layers of the skin.

      • For Hair Restoration: The PRF is applied topically during or injected into the scalp prior to microneedling to directly bypass the epidermal barrier and reach the hair bulbs.

    5. Activation: Once delivered, these platelets "activate," releasing growth factors that trigger a 4–6 week cycle of collagen production and cellular repair.
