PRF for Hair Restoration
This non-surgical powerhouse treatment uses your body’s own “liquid gold” to wake up dormant follicles and build a thicker head of hair.
Why This Combination Wins
PRF: Derived from your own blood, PRF works by injecting a concentrated, additive-free, natural, slow-release formula of growth factors into the scalp to stimulate dormant follicles.
Microneedling: Creates thousands of "micro-channels" in the scalp, which triggers the body's natural wound-healing response and ensures the PRF penetrates deep into the root where it's needed most.
Faster Results: While both work well alone, clinical evidence suggests that combining them helps patients achieve visible hair regrowth more effectively than single-modality treatments.
Best Candidates: It works best for individuals with early-stage hair loss (within last 5 years) and androgenic alopecia (male or female pattern baldness).
Treatment Protocol: Typically a series of 3 sessions is recommended, spaced 4 weeks apart, with maintenance sessions every 6-12 months.
$750 per session
Contraindications: History of keloid formation, active eczema, psoriasis, blood disorders, active cancer, immunosuppression, clotting disorder, inflammatory acne, pregnancy or nursing, Accutane (in last 6 months), active cold sores or skin infections, liver disease, long-term steroids, active auto-immune conditions.

Anyone with thinning hair on their scalp, eyebrows, or beard may see improvements in thickness and overall hair health from autologous serum hair restoration.
It takes more sessions for men to see results, but our male patients consider the multiple sessions they had totally worth the results they’ve achieved.
If you are completely bald and your hair follicles are dead, autologous serum cannot regrow your hair. You’ll likely need a surgical hair transplant to see a full results.

Definition: PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) uses blood components to stimulate hair growth, while PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is a more advanced form that retains more growth factors.
Preparation: PRP involves centrifuging blood to separate platelets, whereas PRF uses a slower centrifugation process to preserve fibrin and white blood cells.
Growth Factors: PRF contains a higher concentration of growth factors and cytokines, promoting better healing and hair regeneration.
Longevity: PRF tends to have a longer-lasting effect due to its natural fibrin matrix, which supports sustained release of growth factors.
Procedure Time: Both procedures are relatively quick, but PRF may require slightly more time for preparation.
Side Effects: Both treatments are minimally invasive with low risk of side effects, but PRF may result in less post-treatment discomfort.
Cost: PRF treatments are often more expensive than PRP due to the advanced technology and preparation involved.
Effectiveness: Some studies suggest PRF may be more effective for hair restoration.

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, offers a wide range of cosmetic and medical benefits by leveraging the body’s natural healing response. It is a minimally invasive procedure that uses tiny, sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries, which triggers the production of new collagen and elastin

By pairing micro-needling with your own concentrated growth factors, we achieve deeper dermal penetration and accelerated cellular turnover. This dual-action approach is highly effective for:
Hair Restoration: Revitalizing dormant follicles and increasing hair shaft diameter to combat thinning.
-
While PRP releases growth factors quickly, PRF forms a fibrin scaffold that releases those same powerful proteins slowly over 7-10 days. More time = more collagen synthesis.
100% Additive-Free: Our PRF is harvested in specialized tubes with zero anticoagulants. Your body gets nothing but your own pure, concentrated healing power.
Higher Concentration: PRF contains a higher concentration of white blood cells and mesenchymal stem cells than traditional PRP, making it superior for follicle stimulation.

Show up with a clean scalp with no products whatsoever. Wash your hair the morning of treatment or the night prior.
1. Critical Hydration:
Begin increasing water intake 48 hours prior to your appointment. Proper hydration expands plasma volume, ensuring a more efficient blood draw and a higher yield of PRF.2. Nutritional Optimization:
Eat a clean, nutrient-dense meal 1–2 hours before your Friday or Saturday session. Avoid high-fat or "greasy" foods, as excess lipids in the blood (chylomicronemia) can interfere with the centrifugation process and platelet purity.Substances & Medications to Avoid
To prevent bruising and ensure your platelets remain "active" for the procedure, please observe the following restrictions:
NSAIDs (7 Days Prior): Discontinue Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), Naproxen (Aleve), and Aspirin. These medications inhibit platelet function, rendering the treatment less effective. Note: Do not discontinue prescription blood thinners without consulting your physician. Steroids can also affect your response.
Alcohol & Caffeine (24 Hours Prior): Both act as vasodilators and dehydrators, which can increase the risk of bruising and make the blood draw more difficult.
Supplements (7 Days Prior): Avoid Vitamin E, Ginkgo Biloba, Garlic, and Omega-3 Fatty Acids (Fish Oil), as these have mild blood-thinning properties.
-
Product Restriction: Do not apply any hair or scalp products for 24 hours. The micro-channels remain open, and non-sterile products can cause granulomas or irritation.
Environmental Exposure: Avoid direct sunlight and high-heat environments, including saunas, steam rooms, and hot showers for 48 hours.
Physical Activity: Refrain from vigorous exercise for 48 hours. Increased heart rate and perspiration can exacerbate swelling and introduce bacteria into the treated area.
Hygiene: You may rinse the treated area with lukewarm water 6 hours post-procedure, but avoid cleansers until the following morning.
-
Phlebotomy & Collection: We perform a standard blood draw (approximately 10–20mL) using a sterile, closed-circuit system. By avoiding synthetic anticoagulants or additives, we maintain the highest biocompatibility and reduce the risk of inflammatory irritation.
Centrifugation: The sample is placed in a centrifuge and the precise mechanical rotation separates the blood into distinct layers based on density: red blood cells, "buffy coat" (rich in white blood cells and platelets), and plasma.
PRF Isolation: We carefully extract the concentrated platelet layer. This "liquid gold" contains a high concentration of cytokines and proteins essential for tissue repair and follicular stimulation.
Microneedling Integration:
For Hair Restoration: The PRF is applied topically during or injected into the scalp prior to micro-needling to directly bypass the epidermal barrier and reach the hair bulbs.
Activation: Once delivered, these platelets "activate," releasing growth factors that trigger a 4–6 week cycle of collagen production and cellular repair.
